About the Project
Edited behind the scenes video documenting the restoration of the 1927 Best Picture Academy Award winner “Wings” for client King Media Services and Paramount Pictures, celebrating the 85th anniversary of its release with a new Blu-ray edition. Edited together interview footage, b-roll and music to form a cohesive story about the technology behind the restoration of this silent classic.
Andras can work on a documentary, a feature film or a corporate spot and, no matter what project it is, he always brings an artist’s eye and a craftsman’s sensibility to it. He’s a worthy collaborator and takes direction well. Any time Andras is editing one of my projects, I always look forward to working with him because I know he won’t quit until he gets it right.
